Salad and little tomatoes * two mini-skewers with dry fillet of duck breast * prunes * foie gras on toast * slice of stuffed neck * apple or prunes pie * Served with a glass of red or rosé wine. The dish can be served without the pie.

The "Assiette de Pays®" dish is served from April to October, according to the opening days.
