The Ferme du Buguet is at the south of the Périgord noir between the Agenais and the Quercy, between Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Sarlat and Cahors.
The farm breeds fattened palmipeds. It produces duck and goose foie gras, confits, stuffed necks, pâtés and grillons, but also chestnut tins, jams and tourrin.
You can meet the Ferme du Buguet at the Country's Producers Market in Sauveterre-la-Lémance on Tuesdays (July and August), at Montcabrier's on Fridays (July and August) ; at the "Animations gourmandes" in Fumel on Thursdays (mid-July to mid-August) ; at Monpazier's market on Thursday mornings during the season ; at the Carbonnière day in Lacapelle-Biron.
