Not far from Tournon d’Agenais, next to the small village of Thézac, Canel is a 16th century fortified farm. The old stones’ charm is your setting, quietness and peace are assured.
Your hosts propose three quality guesthouses: Le tonneau is in the farm’s wing which was used for wine-making. It’s a spacious house for 4 people, and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a living-room with a fitted American kitchen, a bathroom with shower stall and a big terrace not overlooked.
The swimming-pool has to be shared with the two other houses and the bed and breakfast’s guests, it has a fence and is open from May 1st to October 1st.
Depending on the weather, the view on the horizon is often different, but always beautiful and really nice to observe, peacefully. In the distance, you can catch sight of Tournon d’Agenais’s bastide (fortified town).
On site, Elsbeth and Christopher run a 23-hectare organic farm (cereals, fodder, small sheep flock).
