Two performances of an unpublished version of La Cuisine des Auteurs "with eight hands", carte blanche on the theme of gastronomy, an exhibition of photographs by Julien Simon, the lighting and guided tours of the imposing Gascon Castle from the 13th century.
To awaken the taste buds while discovering their trades and their know-how, Bernard Rosa, truffle farmer and Nicolas Frachisse, farmer-baker, will give performances and culinary workshops around truffles and bread.
On the program: conference-tasting of truffle scrambling, demonstration of hand kneading, culinary workshops for making truffle butter and shaping sourdough bread.
Friday evening, Saturday noon and evening, the ephemeral restaurant "under the leadership" will offer an array of tapas of seasonal products.
