The Souleilles farm opens its doors on the occasion of its "Grande Fête du Foie Gras"!
3 festive days around Foie gras, wine and gastronomy!
In the program :
From 10 am: free and open visit of the Foie Gras museum.
Cooking demonstrations: cooking duck, saffron, making meat pies, etc ...
12:30 pm: aperitif offered, then picnic with the products of the producers.
From 2 p.m .: guided tour of the farm and the museum, scrambled eggs with truffle, making the tourtière, aiguillettes with thyme flavors, making pancakes with hazelnut flour, old cars from the 1960s.
For children: tractor and pony baptisms, make-up, archery, make-up, new games.
