17th century restored farmhouse, ground floor and upstairs, also at the end of an oak tree-lined lane, far from main roads and near LGC47A but with no direct view, set in a 3500 m² garden mostly planted with nut trees and not far from a listed country site (Natura 2000), tucked away in the heart of the Périgord and Quercy countryside.
