The 60 m² apartment also benefits from air conditioning in the bedroom, a laundry room, a washing machine, a reading room with TV, an additional toilet and a gas barbecue. The apartment has central heating and can therefore be occupied all year round. Numerous hiking trails are accessible from the door. The property is in a quiet, rural location, yet only a five-minute drive from Leclerc de Montayral. The owners have two small dogs and the pool is not fenced. The property is therefore suitable for couples, but not for children.
